TabTrade Overview - What to Know Before You Sign Up

TabTrade — The Short Version

Tab Trade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.

What You Trade On

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. Many only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, automated trading, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is apparently coming. That will be a good addition once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not something most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

Infrastructure

The speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at a much wider range.

Does it matter? For short-term trading, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. But the fact that the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Combine that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get is strong. Few brokers in this bracket offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. It should factor into your assessment.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works is your call.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual deposit match. You deposit, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.
